Terms and Conditions
Any trailer damages, traffic infringements, tolls, accidents or any other incidents while using the trailer are the entire responsibility of the hirer. Toll, insurance or traffic infringement processing fee of $25.00 will be charged to the hirer if any of these events are reported.
All hire costs at applicable rates are to be paid by the hirer in advance. Booking cancellation fee of $10.00 applies if a booking is cancelled 24 hours before the booking time and the entire fee if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the booking time.
Any accidents, insurance and third party liability claims are the responsibility of the hirer and the owners are indemnified from any claims while using the trailer.
Load capacity of the trailer is 750 kg and shall be complied.
The hirer has inspected the trailer and is fully satisfied with the condition of the trailer prior to hiring. If the trailer is not clean on return, cleaning charges at applicable rates will be charged to the hirer.
Once the trailer has been returned, the trailer and connection parts will be inspected and if there are any damages/missing parts, it shall be paid by the hirer.
A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected during the hire term.
